We aimed to identify the influence of using media to educate our community about the most common sleep disorders, on the other hand we know that Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and other types of social media are a lot of fun. These social media websites make it easier for us keep up with the latest trends and catch up with friends and family. 
Although maintaining good relationships is good for our health and well-being, the jury is still out on whether or not our use of social media to keep up with others is biting into our sleep time.
